These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the 'Terms') govern access to and use of the website indenturebn.com (hereinafter, the 'Platform'), operated by Indenturebn S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
1. Acceptance of terms

Indenturebn is an informational platform about real estate crowdlending in Bolivia. We provide information about the collective financing model applied to the real estate sector, the types of projects available, and forms of participation. The information presented is of an informational and educational nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. User requirements
To use the Platform and submit inquiries through the contact form, you must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract under Bolivian law. By submitting information through our form, you declare that the data provided is truthful and current.

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, design, navigation structure, and source code, is the property of Indenturebn S.R.L. or its licensors, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and applicable international treaties. 5. Limitation of liability

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
7. Modifications
Indenturebn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
